Your League Homepage

netGolfLeague uses a flexible widget system to display everything your members need — upcoming events, recent results, scores, and standings.

NGL builds your league homepage from a system of content widgets — modular panels that each display a specific type of information. Your members see the most relevant data at a glance without needing to dig through menus.

The widgets automatically update as you post scores and schedule new events. There's no manual publishing step — everything is live the moment you save.

Customizing Your Homepage

To change which widgets appear or how they look, go to Setup → Change Season Configuration. From there you can toggle different scoring views and adjust what's displayed on the main page.

This widget highlights the upcoming round so your golfers always know what's coming. It includes:

• Event date and name
• Course details — address, phone number, tees being played, and more
• Directions — powered by MapQuest integration
• Match pairings and groupings — who's playing who
• Weather forecast — conditions for the day with extended viewing options

After a round is posted, the Last Completed Event widget shows your members the fresh results. Round statistics include total putts and greens in regulation. It links directly to the full scorecard for that round.

Use the Select Event View widget (the Schedule section) to browse and access any previous round from the season for comparative analysis.

NGL offers two ways to view a round's scorecard:

Standard (Gross) Scorecard View

Displays each player's actual strokes taken per hole, with putt counts shown as superscript numbers alongside the score. Also shows gross scores and course handicap calculations for the round.

Net Score View

Displays each player's net score per hole with the gross score shown in parentheses. Handicap strokes are distributed across the round based on hole difficulty (Stroke Index), so members can see exactly which holes each player received their strokes on.

Team Scoring Views

For team leagues, you can display standings in two formats:

• Total Points — cumulative points across all matches based on your configured scoring
• Wins / Losses — cumulative head-to-head match results between teams

Switch between views in Setup → Change Season Configuration.

If you manage multiple seasons or belong to more than one league, switching between them is simple.
